How do I order?

To order an item shown on this website, click the "Buy Me" button on the product page. When you have finished shopping, click "View cart".

If you prefer to speak to us, you can order over the phone on 07962 392557

How can I pay?

Once you have clicked "view cart" you can choose to pay by credit card using paypal,or email us to arrange to pay by cheque.

You can also order at the shop at the Wedding House and pay in cash if you prefer to.

How can I order a different colour/size?

Please Email us stating your colour prefernce and sizes, if you need to match to bridesmaids colours and would like samples of pearls and crystals, we are happy to send them out to you

 
 

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes, please contact us by email, phone or at the Wedding House for a consultation. You can send us pictures of your dress and we will provide a design service to match to details.

Do you provide a gift wrapping service?

 
 
 
Just like our jewellery and tiaras, we believe attention to detail is very important. That’s why with all orders placed you will receive our stylish printed packaging to protect your jewellery.

Delivery
How long will I have to wait for my jewellery?

As each item is made to order delivery times are usually 6-8 weeks from date of order, however if you are in a hurry we can usually accomodate you.
If you need your items quickly please email us first and we wil let you know a delivery time for your order.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery charges are as follows. Deliveries will require a signature on arrival

UK delivery

Orders Under £36.00 - £3.00 using next day secure signed for and insured delivery
Over £36.00 - £5.50 per order, there is no limit to the amount of jewellery purchased as long as it will fit into our larger tiara boxes.

Returns
What if I'm not happy with my jewellery?

We want you to be so delighted that you can't help telling all your friends! When you receive your jewellery if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us at:

including all original gift packaging and taking care to make sure the jewellery is adequately protected.

Refunds:
Please return the jewellery to us within 7 days of receipt stating you would like a refund (you can always call us first). Postage for returns is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery. We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your refund.

Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after seven days.

Exchanges:
Please return the jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt stating what you would like to exchange it for or if you prefer a credit note (you can always call us first). Postage for returning items to us is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery.

We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your exchange/credit. You will be charged postage for the replacement item at the appropriate cost (see Delivery Costs above).

The Refund and Exchange Policy even applies to Bespoke or Tailored jewellery (we can do this because our happy customers rarely send their jewellery back). Please note design fees for Bespoke or Tailored services are not refundable or creditable.

Faulty Goods:
Please return the jewellery to us (or call first) explaining the fault. If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery costs to you, plus delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item to us by postal service.

Can you repair an item I bought from you a while ago?

In most cases repairs to items will be made free of charge for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply.
Your legal rights are not affected.
